If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen or if you need to return them for any reason, you can do within 30 days of receipt.  We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.  The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. 

Additionally The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order or products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.  You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. Under this legislation, you also have the right to receive a refund in full, including any associated delivery charges if you return within these timescales. The right to cancel can be exercised in writing to us at the following address customerservice@avalohome.com.

 

How do I return goods?

Under our 30 day guarantee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods by email to customerservice@avalohome.com to inform us of your intention to return. 

You will then be given a Returns Authorisation Number to write on the delivery note.  Make sure you include this within the returns parcel for speedy processing on return to us so that your refund can be applied as soon as possible to your original method of payment.  Avalo Home will credit the price paid for the goods in full within 5 working days of receiving them.

Please then return the goods in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. It is important for your own security that you obtain proof of posting as unfortunately under our 30 day extended returns policy we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to the warehouse, unless we are bringing them back.

 

Our returns policy does not affect your legal and statutory consumer rights.
